Sydney Hardiman

Sydney has spent over 20 years in the interior design and sewing industry.  She spent 13 years running a business making window treatments and custom home furnishings.  During her tenure, she received awards for Pittsburgh’s Top 40 Under 40 and the PA Best 50 Women in Business. 

Since 2020, she has been the Sewing Program Manager for SewForward, a non-profit sewing program that combines business with workforce development, by teaching sewing skills to the unemployed and underemployed. 

Suzanne Mauro

With a career over three decades in fashion, Suzanne is a fashion & sewing educator for  The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, Propel Charter Schools & the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust. A  media and fashion stylist, webcaster, author, image consultant, mentor for fashion teen  boards, creator of Fashion Over 60 Workshops for UPMC Pittsburgh, visual  merchandiser, trend forecaster and producer of Pittsburgh Fashion Week 2018.  

Terra McBride

For more than 20 years, Terra has honed her marketing skills in various industries, including economic development, higher education and financial services. For nearly a decade, she has transformed marketing teams into meaningful contributors to sales pipelines and organizational revenue. Terra was part of the first class of individuals who leveraged their social media skills for professional roles in Pittsburgh, establishing the social media presence for a number of local brands.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Terra was one of the first style bloggers in Pittsburgh, having established herself in the space in 2009. Since then, Terra’s blog has opened up opportunities for collaborations with brands like Ann Taylor, AC Hotel, Scout & Cellar and Commonwealth Press.

Justice Sifford

Justice is a content creator and strategist with 5 years of experience in nonprofit marketing in the Pittsburgh region. He has managed blogs and websites at VisitPITTSBURGH and UPMC Children’s Hospital Foundation. Working with Style412 is the perfect marriage of Justice’s professional expertise and his passion for supporting local and regional brands, promoting sustainability and circularity in fashion, and making Pittsburgh a hub for style.
